Refund Policy

Full refunds

• Cancel any time before we start building your quiz — full refund, no questions asked.
• If we can't deliver a Rush Kit within one hour of receiving usable study material, or another kit by the end of the same day, you get a full refund on request.
• If the material you send breaks our terms (for example, a copy of an actual test) and we can't build from what's left, you get a full refund.

Fixes first

If the quiz doesn't match the material you sent, tell us within 3 days and we'll rebuild it free. A refund for that kit is available if you'd rather have your money back.

When refunds don't apply

Once a quiz has been delivered and matches the material you sent, the kit is used. Semester Packs are refundable pro-rata for kits not yet built.

Email lockinkit@gmail.com with your order email address. Refunds go back to the original card within 5–10 business days.
