What we collect
When you place an order we collect the details you type into the order form: your student's first name and grade, the subject and test date, what to focus on, and your name, mobile number and email address. We also receive a record of your order (which kit you bought and whether it was paid) from our payment processor.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and are never stored by us or visible to us. Stripe's own privacy policy covers how it handles your payment information.
How we use your information
- To build and deliver the custom quiz you ordered.
- To contact you about your order (questions about the material, delivery, or support).
- To keep a record of purchases for accounting and refund handling.
What we don't do
We don't sell or rent your information. We don't send marketing emails. Your student's name and study material are used only to build your quiz.
Study material
You send us photos or PDFs of study guides, notes and textbook pages. We use them to build the quiz and then keep them only as long as needed for your order. Please never send copies of actual tests.
Deleting your information
Email us at lockinkit@gmail.com and we'll delete your order details and study material on request.
